    CH.A.D.D. is a national organization working toward helping children and adults with ADD achieve success.

    CH.A.D.D. Publishes a regular newsletter, and an expanded magazine-style publication covering the latest developments in ADD research, diagnosis, and treatment. There is also a Fact Sheet series and regular updates on breaking news.

    On the state level CH.A.D.D. is developing ADD councils to help local and state school systems implement the U.S. Department of Education Federal Policy on ADD which tells schools how to serve students with attention deficit disorders through IDEA and section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.

    We are a new national non-profit organization for people with ADD. We have 60 free articles at our website by national ADHD authorities as well as adults with ADD --and we are posting more all the time. We have a number of article for parents. In addition, we host the National ADHD Directory which has over 550 service providers listed. At our site people can sign up for the free monthly eNews. Memberships are available for $45 for the first year; $25 for additional years. Membership includes the 138 page Adult ADD Reader, our 8 page quarterly newsletter, ADDult ADDvice, and free access to our lending library with over 450 books, audiotapes and videos on ADHD in children, adolescents and adults.

    ADD - ADHD Parents
    Support Group List that addresses Attention Deficit or Attention Deficit/Hyperactive Disorder in Children, Teens & Adults, along with other Disorders (OCD, ODD, CAPD, DOWNS). We discuss Meds, Diet and Natural Controls with the choice being left to the parent. Through sharing of experiences we can learn from each other to help our children to become productive Adults.

    Children with ADHD
    Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder in children is frustrating and exhausting to the child and the family. Schools find these kids generally a burden, and often lack the understanding, skills and training to effectively deal with and help kids with ADHD succeed. We need to support one another through discussion of what works, what doesn't, medications, and all those issues that surface when loving a child who has the disease of ADHD. . . and it is a disease. Join in and support one another, everyone wins, but mostly, our children win because we have each other to lean on in those often trying times.
