The Pull-thru Network, a chapter of the United Ostomy Association, is a non-profit and resource organization for families of children born with imperforate anus, cloaca, Hirschsprung's Disease and any of the associated defects. We have members who have had or will have a pullthrough type surgery as well as those with permanent ostomies. We have over 600 members from across the United States as well as outside of the US. PTN provides matching services for our members who request networking with families in their geographic area or with those with a similar diagnosis.

The Pull-thru Network publishes a quarterly newsletter with articles from the medical profession, personal stories, advice from parents and caregivers and helpful suggestions for taking care of these special children. Our medical advisors include pediatric surgeons, pediatric surgical nurses, bowel management specialist, a child psychologist and a registered dietician.
