    Avenues is a national support group that provides education and networking for parents and medical professionals concerned with Arthrogryposis. They have local chapters, with a directory available, and will provide parent-to-parent matching. Avenues publishes a bi-annual newsletter, Avenues, and a brochure, "What is Arthrogryposis?" This is offered in English and Spanish. Additionally, they have a new parent packet, that includes the newsletter, and brochure.

    Avenues has a bibliography of abstracts that are available to members and audio Cassettes for distribution. They collect information on physicians and researchers who treat/study the condition and disseminate this information to its membership. They also offer a resource packet that includes interested doctors, therapists, families, pen pals, support groups and clinics.

    CAST offers contact, information and support to people with AMC and their families, provides information to professionals and other interested parties seeking to increase their knowledge of this rare condition, encourages public and professional awareness of AMC and promotes further research CAST has local support groups and will assist in setting up others, they also try to match parents who are agreeable and are in the same geographical location. They publish a bi-annual newsletter, C.A.S.T. News, included in the annual membership, and provide a new parent packet including, letter of introduction, new parent handbook, and a list of important contacts.

    CAST has books and videos available for loan, and/or purchase, call or write for further information. They collect information on physicians and researchers and will provide addresses that will be helpful to clients.

    The Avenues mailing list was created to enable discussion about Arthrogryposis and any issue related to Arthrogryposis. Anyone who is interested in discussing this is welcome to join in.

    AMC Adults
    This is a mailing list for adults with arthrogryposis to come together and communicate with others affected with amc. Discussions should not be limited to just talking about amc, but amc should be the common bond amongst the members. Teens and parents of children with amc are invited to join, however, discussions may reach a mature level.
